May 3 – Day 39 When the kits have their free time running in the den, they hop around exploring everything. But eventually they all come back and jump in the carrier that I use to transport them from their big cage to the den. I close the top of their carrier so they can’t
May 2 – Day 38 The kits eat like big bunnies now. In the morning they get their bunny pellets and hay. In the afternoon they get more hay and some veggies, and in the evening they lap up their fox milk and I put more hay in their cage. Today they munched on parsley
May 1 – Day 37 The bunnies were hopping all over the den while we watched them. After a while Kristyn and I decided to look at some photo albums that are on the bookshelf. As soon as we sat down and opened the photo albums, the kits started jumping on top of the books.

April 28 – Day 34 The kits are so curious. As they hop around the den they often stand on their hind legs to get a better look at something. They explore everything in the den from the bookshelf, to the boxes, to the walls, and then back to us. They also like hopping on

April 26 – Day 32 I put a double food dish down for the kits and they all crowd around it. Some of them jump right inside the bowl to eat. I put a second double dish in the other room so sometimes a few of them will go over there, but mostly they all
April 25 – Day 31 The kits and their mother now sit together and eat hay. They kits are all also eating the bunny pellets. I give them their own dish, but sometimes one or two of them will join Lexi and eat with her while the others crowd around their double bowl. Every evening
