Lexi likes to spend some time running around the lanai, away from her babies. Now that they are so active they keep scooting under her to nurse. When she eats, drinks water or just lays in her cage, they are dashing under her to nurse and she does not want to nurse them all the time. So she really seems to enjoy the time when I take her out of her cage and let her hop around the lanai. The kits are really fluffy. Instead of smooth flattened fur, theirs is like tufts of soft fluff. Penelope seems to be the fluffiest of them all.
